MAILING OF PRESCRIPTIONS: Mail delivery of prescriptions in the state of Vermont is available at no additional cost.

CHARGE ACCOUNTS: Charge accounts are available for patients with good credit history and are at the discretion of management. Charges incurred during a given month will be invoiced at the beginning of the following month. Payment is due within 10 days of receipt. Past due accounts are subject to a finance charge, and can be suspended at the discretion of the management.

PRESCRIPTIONS: Prescriptions filled, refilled, or transferred are subject to both state and federal laws. Additionally, prescriptions may be to subject to both insurance formularies and plan rules. Every attempt is made to honor prescription requests. Please anticipate your needs and request prescription refills several days before day actually needed.
